Guidance on Data Validation and Joining Subject Areas in FDI

Hello Oracle Community,

I am currently working with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and I have a couple of questions regarding best practices:

1. Data Validation: I need to perform data validation after loading the data into FDI. Could someone guide me on how I can do this effectively? Are there recommended approaches or built-in features in FDI for validating data against Fusion source systems?
2. Joining Subject Areas: I want to combine data from two different FDI subject areas. Is it possible to join them directly within FDI, and if so, what is the best approach to do this without losing data integrity?

Any guidance, examples, or references to documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help. I would also like to know which roles are required for my user in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, as I am currently encountering some subject areas that I do not have access to.
