Enhancement Request: multiple balance categories per Legislation @ Payroll Metric Configuration

I would like to request an enhancement in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for the Payroll Metric configuration. At present, only 1 Balance category per Legislation can be configured at any single time. Legally in the UK, Tax deductions need to be split and reported separately to HMRC because they are classed as different taxes (national insurance and income tax). That means that we cannot combine 2 balance catagories in a singular metric. But customers that want to leverage FDI to analyse the tax deductions in a consolidated manner have to create custom metrics and avoid using the ready delivered metrics. Can this functionality be added?
