Getting "Not available due to errors" for Assistant with a Dataflow generated dataset
We are getting the "Not available due to errors" in the Assistant tab in a workbook. If I run the search manually it will refresh. I have tried leaving the the re-crawl on the refresh of the dataset. I have also scheduled the the crawl to refresh automatically and neither will work unless I process the search manually.

A few things to check like the logs to see if additional information is available, also check the metadata indexing, and check permissions

Please check that the Index User Folders option is selected. If this option isn't selected then nothing in the catalog is indexed. This option is located on the Search Index page's Catalog tab.
If option is already selected, recommend following below steps:
Disable search
- Clear index
- Re-enable search
- Run full crawl
