Is it possible to create an OTBI report that fetches all manager details for an employee?

Question

We’re encountering two issues with an OTBI report designed to fetch manager data. First, certain employees' data isn't appearing in the report despite being present in the system. Second, the report is only capturing one manager when an employee has multiple managers of the same type assigned. Has anyone encountered this behavior or found a way to resolve these discrepancies?
