Add visual indicator to show currently applied custom state in OAC DV reports. Mock-up example below

Use Case and Business Need

There is currently no easy out of the box way to identify which custom state if any is applied to any workbook and the only way to ensure the desired state is applied to to apply it again. We would this consider a productivity gain and an improvement to the state menu.
