Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for Remote Region error

Hi All

In the set up

OBIA 11.1.1.10.2

+ Oracle WebLogic 10.3.6.0

+ OBIEE 11.1.1.9

+ ODI 11.1.1.9

On BIACM console, I am trying to 'Perform Functional Configurations'. And it is failing when I click on 'Go to Task' on any task. This is in Figure-1 in the attachment. Figure-2 shows the error seen on console.

$MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/bi_server1/logs/bi_server1.out file that has the errors is also attached as e.txt

Is it anyway related to   jps-config.xml ?

Any pointer would help.
