I am trying to build an analysis that would give me a list of employees who were managers in any time in the past but are not managers now.

I am using Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time, but I cant find the field that that would answer "Working as a Manager" question. And how to limit it to only those who were managers but not anymore?
