OBIEE Background Maps: feature layer in front of BI layer

Hi,

I have the issue that the BI layer area shapes are in front of the feature layer. So the points of the feature layer can't be seen anymore. As I see it, it is just possible to set an order within the BI layers. But it seems not possible to set the BI layer in the Background.

- Is it possible to bring the Feature layer in front of the BI layer?

- Is it possible to order the Feature layers itself?
