We have this one table that matters to the user who create through Oracle Apex. we want to make call SAPurgeCacheBytable for the user how can go and refresh, or create small dashboard to refresh it.. Thank you for your help!

Are you planning to implement from Oracle Apex Application?
If yes you can create an sample page and use button and call for action to clear the cache.
