Hi,

I have come to this later, so I am not certain exactly what has been done, but a working OBIA environment 11.1.1.7 with SSO set up to facilitate use of e-Business suite users / responsibilities has been migrated and the repository / catalogue changed, with change of rpd password, and now the authentication does not work.

If you log in with the wrong password it rapidly works (i.e. it says the username / password are incorrect straight away), but if you log in with the correct password there is a lengthy pause and looking at the logs this is due to SQL running for 300+ seconds and timing out, which does not happen in other environments.

My questions are; are there places where the passwords are stored encrypted that would need regenerating on the migrated environ - if so can you point me at a reference / blog?

Does the long running sql point to any other issue?

- additional information, when restarting all services I frequently run into an issue with OPMN not starting, error as below, does this give me a pointer??

Supplementary information regarding operation: DOMAIN;WAITING_FOR_OPMN;Timeout; Waiting for OPMN to complete start operation; [300 secs]; instance1:coreapplication_obips1

Best Regards,

Robert.
