What do you mean by SQL Server 19c? Oracle Database 19c or Microsoft SQL Server 2019?
If it's the first, yes, absolutely, if it's the second, in the certification document I see that up to 2016 it's certified. But the certification file was mostly produced in 2018, and only some little changes done after, therefore SQL Server 2019 didn't exist back then. But if various SQL Server up to 2016 are certified, there is no reason for 2019 to not work.
Does Oracle Analytics Server 2026 include AI features such as a built-in chatbot or AI Assistant? If not, are there any plans or indications that these AI capabilities will be introduced in a future OAS release?
