Our business requires that the scheduled report outputs from Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) be delivered in HTML format. However, we have observed an issue with the message configured under the Output tab of the scheduled report.
Specifically, the message (highlighted in yellow) is not included in the email body when the report output is set to HTML. Instead, only the report output itself appears in the email body. In contrast, when the output format is set to PDF, Excel, or other formats, the message is correctly included as part of the email body.
Since our business is keen on maintaining HTML as the output format for better accessibility and presentation, we would like to kindly request Oracle’s consideration to enable inclusion of the message body in the email delivered when HTML output is selected.
