We have Created a Guided Journey on candidate application page where it is linked to a talent profile report, when a user opens candidate page they click on see document then report output for that candidate should be downloaded

Whoever a user is clicking on the see document a blank page gets downloaded after 10-15 min of delay.

Any one any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
