We are using on premises OA 2026 with DV and when we deploy a subject area it is taking seems 5 minutes due to background scheduling which is really confusing at least in development stage. Detailed are also discussed in the following topic and Oracle team also responded to my query.
My idea is to provide update when a subject area is actually deployed. When we click deploy it gives message that successfully deploy but it is not and might take few seconds to 5 minutes. It shall show pending requests or once deployed it shall show deploys and if possible somewhere a version no is also suggested. As currently no idea if subject area is latest or old and now keeping a version in the description to identify.
Another thing noticed that in Analysis subject areas are shown prior to workbooks as just deployed and in Analysis showing but in Workbook creation still showing older.
