Allow a list of values to be entered to a prompt without limiting to 1000 items. Our users need to enter about 3,000 items to a prompt with an average length of 7 bytes each, and expect the prompt values to be passed on to report execution and run successfully without any error such as "414 - Request-URI Too Large."
