Email Scheduler Failing when Sending Excel Files

I am getting a general error when my workbook's scheduled email tries to send out an excel file (See below error).

I have tested and successfully send a scheduled email that sends a PDF - so I am wondering if there is an issue with sending excel files currently?

Update: I can't even download excel reports. PDF and CSV work.
