State Menu Saved States Should Include Column Customizations

Many of our end users who previously worked in OAC Classic expect saved customizations in DV to retain not only filter selections, but also their column layout preferences. Currently, State Menu saved states only preserve filter changes and do not save column-level customizations such as:

Column order
Added columns
Removed columns
Personalized view configurations

Enhancing saved states to include these column customizations would provide a more seamless experience for users transitioning from OAC Classic and reduce the need to repeatedly reconfigure analyses. This functionality would improve efficiency, support personalized workflows, and make it easier for users to return to their preferred analytical views with a single selection.

Adding column customization persistence to saved states would significantly improve usability and help users get to insights faster.

Strongly agree with this suggestion. As more features are released to allow consumers to "customize" a workbook, the ability to retain those customizations in a saved state is increasingly important to optimize the consumer experience
