Your physically running the AdminTool on the server machine hosting OBI?

'cause it's reading your central bi-config.xml of your actual bi domain...or at least it's trying to. So first check would obviously and logically be to check this file and file access to it.

Have you tried to open admin tool from another machine?

    Hi Christian,

I did check, but file (bi-config.xml) is not present there for some reason. as i mentioned earlier, rpd was not responding for long time and was hang for quiet long time and it is crashed.

    Hi Joel,

I am installing the client now, hopefully i can have the rpd but how to get the services back to normal.

    Thanks

    Hi

We have now installed client version and copied the bi-config.xml file to missing place and Admin tool now is working.

but now i see different issue, which is  ClusterConfig.xml is not found.

[nQSError: 46084] Error at file 'E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\bi\config\fmwconfig\biconfig\core\ClusterConfig.xml'

I am not sure how these files got just disappeard with the reason of Admin tool crash. they dont exist in Recycle bin

Can some one please share me the content of ClusterConfig.xml?

    Thanks in advance
