Pardon me for saying this but are you in all seriousness advocating hacking the core files which goes against Oracle's own documentation and white papers?
You should never EVER do that! Custom style + skins exist for a reason.
@Madasamy-Oracle It would really be interesting to know whether this is what you're advocating...
Of course it touches the core obiee files like header.js and I can see the same on our KM

So instead of doing a proper style and skin just touch the central files and all is wiped out in the next BP or upgrade which replaces them with vanilla.
