Oracle BI 11g - Unable to download in Excel

Question

Hi OBIEE Community, Recently we have installed  Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0 in our server and migrated RPD & WEBCAT from 10g. We can able to see reports but unable to download the reports in Excel format.

We are getting below error message , Can anyone suggest, what could be the issue? Any settings need to be changed or Patch to be applied ?

Error :

"There was an error processing your download.

Please check with your administrator"

Actually we are testing in nonproduction environment with Admin privilege and login as Admin only. Yes all of them facing same issue even in others system.

All the users have the problem? Does these users have the permission to access and write in their personal folder?

Yes I have tried the steps already but still im getting same error. Can you please suggest any other setting need to be changed or patch need to be applied.
