How to install OBIIEE 12 c? I got some issues about that

I' having some troubles regarding Obiee 12c stanndard edition One installation.

I downloaded the obiee 12c version from here https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/Home.jspx;jsessionid=65ZvWsu2ooCTg1Qf8sxNfI_iDoCuyg3SIclBSs56n5H5000R1Y9z!-35664…

then, afterwards, when I launched the installation an error raised:

May someone help me in order to know which are the correct steps for the installation?

Hi,

You are installing on Windows, that's fine but .... please don't tell us it's your Windows 7 or Windows 10 laptop.

As far as I remember the certification matrix cover Windows Server 2012 and 2012 r2 (double check in case).

And if it's a laptop install I would highly suggest using a VM (virtualbox) to keep things clean.

1.) What precise platform are you installing on?

2.) There is no such thing as an OBISE1 installer - it's all just OBI and you don't use all the functionalities.

...because that's what a documentation is there for and tells you!

...Because WLS is installed before OBI and an. fter a proper JDK...read the documentation!

Hello @3396166

You have given little or no information about software versions, OS you're installing OBIEE etc.

Have you read the installation instructions provided by Oracle?
