User access for Budgetary control

Hi All ,

I have installed and loaded the data in to the reports of OBIA for financial dash boards and it is displaying the results with data with weblogic user  .Where as when I am logged in to the OBIA link with one newly created user name is UAT1 for for accessing the reports like Budgetary control dash board it is displaying all reports as no results .

Please let me know what type DUTY roles and job roles are required to provide for the particular user UAT1 .

Please help me on this .
