Hi Team,

we have OBIEE 11 on PROD SERVER and my some user facing a issue to access login page and for some user its showing 401 Unauthorized error and some time it is showing the web page to login.

so we are exactly not getting the issue, why the some user can able to access or some not and the same user not able to accessible who can access before (the obiee login page).

we already check with SSO on/off condition with both of them apply.

What URL do they use to access?

If I'm not wrong you can have the error because of a slash (or missing slash) like /analytics works while /analytics/ doesn't or the opposite ...
