OBI Agent email missing for Agent Subscribers

Hi All,

Issue : users who are subscribed to an agent is not receiving emails. If we add the same user as direct agent recipient, he receives the email.

Version : Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.1.0

Authentication : MSAD. User email is defined in Active directory

Agent Setup : In the Agent Destination tab, we selected "Devices" & Also "Email" under specific devices."Publish Agent for Subscription" is also selected. Other users login to OBIEE and subscribe to this agent. Subscribed user then run the agent.

Log Message :

AgentID: /shared/Shared Group/Test_EC/Agent 1

    No devices for user: User1

Observations : Created a new Email device under My Account for subscribed user and made it default. Then when the Agent is triggered, user receives the email.
