ODI jobs are not running in OBIA 11.1.1.10.1

HI ALL ,

Here I am writing my problem to you all .Please help me .

I have done full loading in OBIA 11.1.1.10.1 with ODI and it has completed in 2 days of time .The size of the data in  Oracle EBS is around 300 Gb only .Due to some problems we have truncated the data in the ware house and we have initiated the Full loading again now the full loading is not going ahead.Some of the SDE 's are completed and some SDE's are not completing and It is in the running state form last weeks on wards but still in the running mode .The SDe's which are completed in half an hour are also not completing from last week onwards.

I have checked the v$sql table and v$session tables in the Oracle EBS database .I have found the sql queries are entries in these tables but the rows processed column i have found zero rows and I have checked the c$ tables of the corresponding jobs are also the rows count is zero .

Could you please help me .If any one has come across this situation .
