The one the installer suggest is good enough ...
Just follow the suggestions, if needed adapt partitions and let everything else default.

Installer has no info on file system reccomendations.
Not possible ... when you install Oracle Linux it suggest partitioning and filesystem etc.
Do not confuse things: filesystem has nothing to do with OBIEE, so of course don't expect the OBIEE installer to help you for that.
You install OBIEE on a running server, so take the filesystem your sysadmin choose or suggest or just stay with what OEL suggest by default (I guess it's XFS by default, but never paid attention).
