Where is it? What's happend?
About 50 different possibilities. Have you done any investigation or are you just randomly grasping for straws?
Here are some things to check:
- what exact version are you using?
- what exact browser are you using?
- are you still rendering charts using flash insttead of html5

Is it a fresh 12c install? Do you maybe have the env variable DISPLAY set?

Yeah it's about DISPLAY in bash profile.
Unset this and restart bi12c . It's ok now. Thanks

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
