Dashboard prompt passed into embedded content URL

I have an 12c OBIEE dashboard.

I have an embedded content object with a simple url,

  for example:   "http://mysvr/myapp"

This works fine to show the page.

Now I want to pass a dashboard prompt into the embedded content url

Can I do that? (if so, how)
