OBIEE 12c Analytics Error (key OBI-SEC-01600)

Hello everyone.
My OBIEE server is in error.
The error only occurs when I try to access http: <localhost>: <port> / analytics
I'm getting access to Publisher and Weblogic.
Checking the Weblogic BI components do not present errors.
" java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle oracle.bi.security.resource.SecurityLogMessageBundle, key OBI-SEC-01600 "
Tks.

What's the history of that install?
Did it ever worked? What changed since last time?

Hi,
First: installed the Weblogic Infrastructure
Second: Running the RCU
Third: BD Oracle 12c
Fourth: BI installed
In the same domain as Weblogic
Tks

RCU is third in the process. Not second.
1.) WLS
2.) BI Install
3.) RCU
4.) BI Config

I tried to install the OBIEE just after the weblogic instal but during the OBIEE install process the install wizard asks for the database and repository information.

Not sure how you are able to get to that point. It's a clearly structured process.
Best look at the documentation again: Fusion Middleware Installing and Configuring Oracle Business Intelligence - Contents

Do you think is there a problem to install both WL and BI on the same domain ?

I think you simply need to reinstall properly in the right order.

WLS host the domain OBIEE create, so it's not about WL and BI on the same domain.
But as Christian said the order is: WLS first, OBI install after. This one is like the "software only" install on 11g, it put all the files there but doesn't create any domain or configuration.
Then you run the RCU and finally configure OBI (where you must enter the details of the RCU created before).
So I'm not sure of what you did (what is "BD Oracle 12c" ? ) but if you didn't follow the above process (the one also detailed in the doc) I can hardly imagine how things can start and how you can access publisher ...
But it also means you OBI never really worked, which is a good hint of an issue during the install/configure steps.
