number of rows to download
Hi
the export option only retrieve a small portion of the report when in reality it has a lot more. the maximum number of rows to download is already set to 500000 which should be more than enough. and when exporting as CSV it fetch all the report. any advice on this?

I could just go and post the usual random instanceconfig.xml as people do about twice a week whenever this question comes up again and again.
But it's better if you actually understand what you are doing and setting which parameter to which value:
Configuring for Displaying and Processing Data in Views
THIS is the documentation. It shows you all XML tags taking part in your issue, what the default value for them is (the table below the tags) etc.
