OBIEE 12.2.1.3 backward compatibility

Can we deploy OBIEE 12.2.1.3 BAR on OBIEE 12.2.1.0 installation?

OBIEE has never been backward compatible. It isn't part of the development process to have various environments using different versions in parallel, things are supposed to be aligned.

RPD versions will not match.

But in any case: Why?! 12.2.1.0 isn't even supported anymore.
