EBS upgrade impact to OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 source adaptor

We are running OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 in Production with EBS R12.1.3 as source. We are upgrading our EBS R 12.1.3 to EBS R 12.2.6. We have made some ETL customizations to the OOB code for both SDE, SIL and PLP adaptors. We would like to know what would be the impact to our environment. Also, I was wondering if there is any oracle document that would describe step by step process on how to approach switching to new adapter, doing configurations in BICM and any issues we might encounter or need to to be aware of.
