Disaster Recovery Solution for OBIA 11.1.1.10.2

Hi
We have OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 set up with the following components:
+ Weblogic 10.3.6
+ OBIEE 11.1.1.9
+ ODI 11.1.1.9
+ Database 12.1.0.2
I am looking for a disaster recovery (active-passive) solution/architect for this set up (I have checked MOS Doc ID 2074794.1 which is a high availability active-active solution). Can you guide me to the correct solutions/documents/references provided by Oracle please ?
Regards

It seems, while there is an HA solution from Oracle, there is no official disaster recovery solution yet. Does anyone has implemented or thought about a disaster recovery setup for OBIA ?

Hi BPradhan,
Take a look at this thread: ODI installation on DR(disaster recovery) .
It actually links to another discussion I have opened for this.
I am looking to finish the steps in the near-term. That will prove/disprove this method ...

Charles

Hi Charles
I have looked into the other community thread and your "OBIA Clone - Scrubbed.docx".
The steps presented are of 'clone' where both the sites are intact.
I am more of looking for a site failure scenario. Something like
Site-A hosting OBIA-APPS-1 and the Databases (Metadata + warehouse)
Site-B hosting OBIA-APPS-2 and the Databases (Metadata + warehouse)
While databases can be placed under Oracle Dataguard, I am not sure what architecture should work for OBIA-APPS installs. Should it be two independent installs or something like that.
Regards
BPradhan
