OBIEE 12.2.1.4 Mobile App, "apps library is not configured correctly"

Question

Hi guys.

I am going to publish a sample mobile app in OBIEE and I get  "apps library is not configured correctly" error. Could you help me to figure it out

That's exactly what Doc ID 2394388.1, posted 2 months ago, said to do.
