Is a more simple way to migrate from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4 ?

Is it way to make clean installation 12.2.1.4 and deploy all content from BI 12.2.1.2?
You didn’t specify what issues you faced with your in place upgrade.
An option would be to install 12.2.1.4 on a new server and import a BAR file with your 12.2.1.2 artefacts.

What artefacts i will found? I understand ..there is some risk do migration by export-import BAR. I cannot find any doc on support.
The BAR contains 3 things:
- Security
- RPD
- Web Catalog
It will not take over anything else.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
