Dashboard is dispalying to weblogic but not to the users in OBIEE 12c

Question

Hi All,

I have provided the read access(Open,traverse) to the one of the dashboard.I have login with the web logic user and am able to see the dashboard but when i impersonated as any user which belongs same dashboard ,am not able to see the dashboard.It was happened for only one dashboard.Rest of the dashboards are working fine.

Impersonated as user : Not able to see the prompt and report(empty box)

Weblogic user : able to see the prompt and report

Please provide suggestions on this.

+1 to Gianni. You can see nicely, that the access to the dashboard (and dashboard page) is correct, but your objects are not rendering. So the issue must be with the permissions set on the prompts and analyses. Or the folders containing the prompts and analyses.

Have you designed a general structure to house all your objects from the start or are they residing in random folders?

Hi, how do permissions look like on the objects you have in your dashboard page? Also worth looking at all the levels above to verify the user can "get" till the required sub-folder.
