Disable level based hierarchy for null values

Hi, my dimension table is not balanced. Some of the rows has 7 levels and some has only 3 levels.

when I create level based hierarchy, hierarchy is drilling to lowest level even though there are null values some some of the rows.

anyone suggest me how can I avoid drilling to lowest level even though that row has only 3 levels.

Have you set your logical dimension up as unbalanced/ragged?
