Dashboard prompt refresh issue in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0

Hi Experts,
I am facing issues on dashboard prompt in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 version.
Scenario:
Security: Row-level security.
User1 have different values in database. (ex:-Region column: Hyd,Bang,Chennai)
User2 have different values in database. (ex:- Region column: Pune,Mumbai)
When user1 select drop down under "Region column prompt" (dashboard prompt) for the first time then able to see "Hyd, Bang, Chennai" and
creating a query in manage sessions with user1".
When user2 select drop down under "Region column prompt" with same dashboard prompt for the first time then able to see "Hyd, Bang, Chennai" instead of "Pune and Mumbai"
because of hitting the user1 query instead of creating a new query with user2.
My requirement user2 will show "Pune and Mumbai" values under the "Region column prompt".
Note: This is happening when both users login application.
Request you to please suggest on this.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mohan

Isn't this something which has been fixed in one of the various bundle patches of that unsupported version or the following ones? Would require to go through the release notes to find out but I believe I saw over the last 2 years at least one or few bugs linked to row level security and caching.
You don't say anything about it, do you have cache enabled? Tried to turn it off?0 -
Thanks for your response.
Cache has been enabled in EM.
I'm having an issue with a prompt in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0.
When user1 select drop down under "Region column prompt" (dashboard prompt) for the first time then able to see "Hyd, Bang, Chennai" and
created cursor cache query in manage sessions with user1".
When user2 select drop down under "Region column prompt" with same dashboard prompt for the first time then able to see "Hyd, Bang, Chennai" instead of "Pune and Mumbai"
because of hitting the user1 cursor cache query instead of creating a new cursor cache with user2.

Mohan

I suspect that this thread is linked to that one: How to disable OBIEE cursor cache (presentation server) for dashboard prompt in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0
So the question really comes down again to WHAT is going wrong WHY.

But this is what I'm saying ...
You don't say what bundle patch you have installed in your 12.2.1.2.0, did you read the release notes of the fixed issues in the next bundle patches you didn't install now if any?Did you read the release notes of the fixed issues of the 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0 and related bundle patches?
12.2.1.2.0 is out of support, therefore the issue has maybe been fixed in a more recent version.
As I said I saw mentions of things related to cache here and there, over the various releases since 12.2.1.2.0 has been released.
