How to disable the OBIEE cursor cache (presentation server) for the dashboard prompt in OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0.

You can't disable it for specific prompt objects. The key question is WHY would you want that? 99% of the time the real reason and solution is somewhere completely else since an inappropriate implementation was chosen.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
