Aggregate manager - waiting for all threads to complete

Hi all

We are creating aggregates via nqcmd scipts. All is working but sometimes it takes a very long time for the process to complete.  Looking at the NQQuery log, we noticed that there is repeated messages "Aggregate Manager: Waiting for all threads to complete". This message appears every 10 minutes. We can see that the aggregates have been created and changes saved to the repository. So while we are "Waiting for all threads to complete", nothing seems to be happening.

Any ideas around what could be wrong or what we can do to avoid this?
