Locking out the incoming request’s IP address

Dear Experts,

I am using OBIEE 12.2.1.4.x

I have to check with you one question.

If the user exist in obiee typing password wrongly 5 times con then that user get locked up to 30 min

bu if the user not exist in the obiee how to lock that user IP address ?(Locking out the incoming request’s IP address) ?

You can't even state that as a pure fact" since it absolutely  depends on where your users reside and you didn't include that information.

Where are your users stored? What's the ACTUAL leading security provider?
