Locate Data markers on top of the graph

I Tried to google it bud didn't find where I can choose location of data marker  to be on top?

Hi,

Actually it is oracle analytics cloud and I am just open classic home , V5.5

and there is sometimes that I see data markers at middle and top like in a picture that I added

So is there a way to change data markers locations? like in other tools ?

Aren't they on top by default? Because that's where I see them ....

As you don't give any info about the product and version it's difficult to give a less vague reply ....
