Master Detail Events not working in OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0

Question

Hi Team,

I have implemented basic master Detail event functionalilty in my analysis and it does not seem to work.

I googled about it and found that it was a bug in earlier versions and was fixed with patch.

Please let me know, if there is issue with below version as well.

Version :OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 (Build BIPS-20200619210245 64-bit)

Apologies, My Bad.

Its all good, I did not know that we have to add the column in graph prompts section to make the master Detail Link work.

It does work or not? Your message sounds like it maybe just works fine...

Was it the first time you used master-detail? (Sorry to ask, but it's easy to forget a setting when doing it the first time)

Any other master-detail already in place in that environment that you can test? (if yours doesn't work but existing ones work, there are little chances it's a bug)

Which bug? Which patch? If you have this information, why not share it? Do we have to repeat all the same steps to get the information you already have? Please think of your question and its implications before posting so that we don't waste time trying to help you solve your issue.
