I could not see option at OAS 5.5.0 , similar to OBIEE to see version like below:

Not sure where to check version of software if it is OAS.
There isn't. Why would you need that on the GUI? You can use opatch or other things.
In Home Directory I could see folder name like OAS550 , so I can guess the version as 5.5.0
One interesting this is that I could also see obi12214 (which seems to be OBIEE 12.2.1.4).
Since I never requested OBIEE 12.2.1.4 installation, for a moment I assumed that this folder got created as part of OAS installation.
Is it possible to have both OBIEE and OAS in same server?
Let me check with the team who installed it.
You can have everything you want on the same server as long as there is enough hardware to run it.
A folder is just a a folder, you can name it "OAS550" or "NoneOfYourBusiness550", doesn't matter.
As long as ports aren't conflicting you can even have 5 versions of the same OAS / OBIEE running in parallel, they will not be aware one of the other.
Talking about folders, I hope the guys who did the install did read the FMW documentation and adopted the right folder structure (but sadly that's almost never the case).
