Unable to login to BIP console (OAS 5.5)

I have installed OAS 5.5 (BIP only) in a linux docker container. It was working fine after deployment. But now I'm unable to login to the BIP console (http://<hostname>:9502/xmlpserver). I see the below error in bipublisher.log.

However, there are reports deployed which can be accessed through another integrated application and are working fine. I've used the same user credentials during integration configuration. Moreover, I'm able to connect to Weblogic Console as well as EM using these same credentials.

Request some help to identify the issue.

I am also getting similar one, however its Administration - Scheduler Configuration - Test JMS (Here its giving 'JMS test failed. null')

I also observe the same error in the bipublisher.log while the issue faced by me is different.

Issue is, I am unable to see any folder below "Shared" directory inspite of adding the user to "BIAdministrators" and "BIConsumer" OID groups.

Its working fine for the "weblogic" user that is part of the "Administrators" group in Weblogic Security Realm.

Software Version - OID & BIP 12.2.1.4 and BIP weblogic is 12.2.1.3

Could someone please guide me how to find out the root cause ?
