I tried creating the graph below using the month column created from the Calendar/Date function.
Is there a way to sort the month, Jan, Feb, Mar etc in Enterprise Edition 11.1.1.7 analysis?

Sorting is alphanumeric. You have to either sort on another column which represents the month as a number 1 - 12 or prepend the number to the name "01 - January" or the likes.
Or model your data correctly by setting the sort order column for your "month name" column in the RPD.
