How do we turn that Excel Template Scalable Mode to true ?

Which run time properties are the error refering to?

    Open report in edit mode → properties → Formatting → Excel Template. Set report value to true and save.

    It does not copy the header column. How can we get the header column

    Not sure what you mean with your message (the thread is about where to set a parameter based on an error OP got).

    Because this is a old thread, you could ask a new question, describing your situation, your question, the current behavior, the expected behavior, and what you did so far to try to change it. And also the product name and version you are using (as features can be different based on the product you use).
