Error 500--Internal Server Error

Question

Hi,

After applying recent patches(CPUAPR2022) to the BI server, we are getting below error message.

I observed all the all the services are UP and Running. I didn't find any error message also in log files. We are using Windows server 2012 R2 version and OBIEE 12.2.1.4 version

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Yeah, I'm sure that deactivating a WordPress plugin or theme or using the WordPress WP Debugging plugin will help in fixing a HTTP-500 error in WebLogic. 🙄
