Hyperlink in dashboard is not working when dashboard is emailed.

The requirement is to email a dashboard with Hyperlink
I have created a dashboard and inserted a link using "link or Image". It works well inside when run or viewing a dashboard, hyperlink is working as expected
but doesn't work when emailed. emails are received with data as text but the link is not there. The dashboard doesn't even showing the name on the report.
Can anyone help, how to enable hyperlink or action links in dashboard when emailed too.
