How to Configure Fusion HCM BI server to support Evaluate function in OTBI

Hi,

I need to use the LEAD / LAG functions in OTBI.

When I do, I get the error below:

Formula syntax is invalid.

[nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)

[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. EVALUATE_SUPPORT_LEVEL inside NQSConfig.INI is not set to support EVALUATE. (HY000)

SQL Issued: SELECT EVALUATE('LAG(%1,1,0) OVER (ORDER BY %2)',"Worker"."Person Number","Assignment Event Details"."Effective Start Date") FROM "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time"

Can you please let me know how I configure Fusion HCM BI server to support Evaluate function in OTBI reports.
